Telemedicine Is Available for Orthopedic and Podiatric Medicine

Orthopaedic Associates Medical Clinic is open and seeing patients, including those needing care for urgent conditions and orthopedic injuries. However, due to the pandemic of COVID-19, established patients are encouraged to schedule a video visit.

Telemedicine is the practice of using video conference and telecommunications technology, such as your computer, smartphone or tablet, for a visit with your doctor from the comfort of your home or office.

Tips for your telemedicine visit:

  • You have a working computer, smartphone or tablet with a working video camera and microphone.
  • Our providers also use Doximity. You may receive a text mesage with a link instructing you how to proceed.
  • Prior to the telemedicine visit, you may download the Zoom application on your smartphone or tablet.
